PROFILE:

10 kilometers with 400 meters of total elevation gain,Cross- country Orienteering competition is basically about physical endurance. It will take place in a rural area, mostly forested environment and aims at testing the athlete's ability to make efficient route choices, to read and interpret the map and plan the race for endurance during a long and physically demanding activity. The format emphasises route choices and navigation in rough and demanding terrain. A special element of the Cross-country is the presence of long legs, considerably longer than average leg length. These longer legs may be from 1.5km to 3.5km depending on the terrain type.

ENTRY FEE: Php250.00 per participant. Includes event t-shirt, post race meal and race kits. ( Php350.00 for on-site participants) TEAM
